1. Service Description

Handler ("we", "our", "us") provides an automated booking service for padel courts. Our service monitors court availability at partner venues and can automatically book slots on your behalf based on your preferences.

2. Account Requirements

To use Handler's booking services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid account with the relevant booking platform (e.g., Peakz)
• Provide accurate account credentials
• Maintain a valid payment method

3. Service Tiers & Fees

Handler offers three service tiers:

• Priority (€4.95) - Auto-booking when new slots release
• Claim (€4.95) - Auto-booking of cancelled slots
• Smart Search (Free) - Search all clubs, find availability

Fees are charged only upon successful booking or alert delivery. Court fees are charged directly by the venue through your linked account.

4. No Guarantee of Availability

Handler does not guarantee that any specific slot will be available or that our service will successfully book a slot. Court availability depends on the venue and other users. We are not liable for missed bookings or unavailable slots.

5. Account Credentials

You authorize Handler to use your provided credentials to access booking platforms on your behalf. Your credentials are encrypted and stored securely. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Handler account.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Handler service fees are non-refundable once a booking is successfully made. Court booking cancellations must be made directly with the venue according to their cancellation policy.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity.
